As our Marketing & Digital Specialist, you'll work across a variety of client projects, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing activities.

You'll become an important link between our clients and the Future Technologies team, ensuring projects move efficiently while helping deliver outstanding marketing results.

• Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns.
• Assisting with Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Coordinating digital marketing projects.
• Creating marketing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Website content updates.
• HubSpot CRM management and automation.
• Marketing reporting and performance analysis.
• Client communication and project coordination.
• Visiting client sites to gather content, attend meetings and strengthen relationships.
• Assisting with campaign planning and implementation.
• Supporting marketing strategies developed by our leadership team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and problem solving.

• Digital marketing experience.
• Meta Business Suite.

• HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• Canva.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Reporting and analytics.
• Strong written communication.

You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple industries, learn directly from experienced business owners and marketers, and grow alongside a company with ambitious plans for the future.

The role is based primarily from our Rangiora office, with regular visits to client locations and flexibility to work from home where appropriate.
